Stetson's Chop House and Bar - An elegant restaurant
featuring steaks, chops and seafood. A dramatic exhibition
cooking area is featured, and photos of early Chicago and
its residents line the walls. The restaurant is also known
for its signature Lobster Bisque and Horseradish mashed
potatoes. Desserts include the spectacular seven layer chocolate

All Seasons Café - Located in the spectacular
glass house lobby of Hyatt Regency Chicago, All Seasons
Café is surrounded by a 4000 sq. ft. reflecting pool
with fountains; 27 ft. palm trees; 14 ft. ficus trees and
seasonal flowers. Four murals by acclaimed artist Harold
Sudman depict the changing seasons of the Midwest prairie.

Big Brasserie and Bar - The longest freestanding
bar in America offers a breathtaking view of the city through
windows lined with over 1400 wines, champagnes, liqueurs
and cognacs. Big is listed as a must-see for visitors to
Chicago in numerous guide books. At night, suspended theatrical
lighting adds dramatic illumination to Big. A wide variety
of salads are offered for lunch and appetizers and gourmet

Knuckles - Chicago's hottest sports bar features
a wide variety of Chicago sports memorabilia and state-of-the-art
technology to watch sports action from any country or state
on any one of their 15 satellite TVs. Pool tables and electronic
