The hotel features four acclaimed restaurants, boasting a Stetson's Steak House which was rated as one of the "top ten steak houses in the city (Chicago Tribune) to Big Brasserie and Bar, with great food and over 1400 liqueurs, aperitifs, cognacs and wines. Stetson's Chop House and Bar - An elegant restaurant featuring steaks, chops and seafood. A dramatic exhibition cooking area is featured, and photos of early Chicago and its residents line the walls. The restaurant is also known for its signature Lobster Bisque and Horseradish mashed potatoes. Desserts include the spectacular seven layer chocolate delight and strawberry shortcake supreme. Cuisine is Steak and Seafood, attire is casual to cocktail attire. All Seasons Café - Located in the spectacular glass house lobby of Hyatt Regency Chicago, All Seasons Café is surrounded by a 4000 sq. ft. reflecting pool with fountains; 27 ft. palm trees; 14 ft. ficus trees and seasonal flowers. Four murals by acclaimed artist Harold Sudman depict the changing seasons of the Midwest prairie. Contemporary American cuisine is featured. Cuisine is American Contemporary and the attire is casual. Big Brasserie and Bar - The longest freestanding bar in America offers a breathtaking view of the city through windows lined with over 1400 wines, champagnes, liqueurs and cognacs. Big is listed as a must-see for visitors to Chicago in numerous guide books. At night, suspended theatrical lighting adds dramatic illumination to Big. A wide variety of salads are offered for lunch and appetizers and gourmet pizzas are served for dinner. Cuisine is American and the attire is casual to formal. Knuckles - Chicago's hottest sports bar features a wide variety of Chicago sports memorabilia and state-of-the-art technology to watch sports action from any country or state on any one of their 15 satellite TVs. Pool tables and electronic dart games are also available. Burgers, pizzas, hot dogs, chicken wings and French fries are served.

Driving directions from both Midway and O'Hare Airport: From O'Hare and I-90 Heading Eastbound: Take I-90 and follow signs that say 'To Chicago Loop', which will take you to 90 East (Kennedy Expressway). Exit at Ohio East (there will be no turns), turn right on Michigan, turn left on Lake, the next street is Stetson, turn left here. For the Garage: Take Ohio East to Fairbanks, turn right, go over the bridge and turn right on Wacker, the next street is Stetson, turn left here and garage is on the left for the East Tower and on the right for the West Tower.

From Midway and I-55 North: Turn left out of the airport onto Cicero, take Cicero approx. 1 mile to the entrance of I-55 (Stevenson Expressway) Northbound to Lake Shore Dr. North, exit Randolph/Wacker, for check in, follow Wacker signs and go up the ramp and the Hyatt will be on the left. For the garage: Follow Wacker signs and stay on the Lower Level to Steston, turn left, the East Tower garage will be on the left and the West Tower garage on the right.

Midway Airport is the closest: Approximate driving time is 40 minutes.

No room charges for children 18 and under when occupying the same room as their parents.
Rollaway beds are $25 and cribs are complimentary. Both are subject to availability and should be requested at time of booking.
