Empress Court - Savor meticulously prepared and beautifully
presented Malay, Thai, and Indonesian delicacies and other Asian
fare at this restaurant overlooking the spectacular Garden of
the Gods swimming pools and gardens. Giant kitchen aquaria house
the daily shipments of live rock cod, Dungeness crab, and lobster.
Neros - Nothing is ordinary at Neros, where a la carte
selections of prime steaks aged to perfection, fresh seafood,
fish flown in daily, lamb, chicken, and veal spotlight the talents
of Neros master chef Mario Caponeand his talented culinary team.
The crab cakes, Caesar Salad, and exquisite fallen chocolate souffle

Terrazza - Savor country rustic Italian cuisine in this
new Garden of the Gods pool area restaurant. Italian for terrace,
Terrazza features an exhibition kitchen, an authentic, wood-burning
brick pizza oven, and both interior dining and alfresco dining
on a poolside terrace. The glass-enclosed pavilion seating offers
a full view of the pool and gardens, and the soothing sounds of
live jazz accompanies your dinner Terrazza's Wednesday through
Sunday evenings.
808 - Award-winning renowned Chef Jean-Marie Josselin
presents a taste of Hawaii and exquisite Euro-Pacific cuisine.
Choose from a variety of seafood appetizers and main courses.
Chef de Cuisine Wesley Coffel also prepares veal, beef, chicken

Café Lago - Surround yourself in a contemporary Italian
lake setting for this new 24-hour dining experience featuring
a diverse, international á la carte menu as well as complete breakfast,
lunch and dinner buffets. Like no other 24-hour dining experience,
Cafe Lago features live entertainment on the Frank Sinatra Steinway,
at which David Osborne and other featured pianists play.
Palatium - Select from an intriguing array of fresh salads,
